What do you think of Tony Blair?

I simply couldn't fathom his reasons for supporting Bush in Iraq. Prior to that I thought he seemed reasonably intelligent and capable, but now I'm glad to see he's so unpopular in the U.K.

Hi Tanya.. yeah, in the UK his poularity has been on the decline for a good while now. His pandering to the US may have served him personally, but I don't think it's helped the country, or his position in Europe. He's lied and ignored millions of people who demonstrated againt goign into Iraq. Now he has to stand down and the Labour party may pay the cost for thtat. The trouble is that the Tories hold little/no comfort for us all!
