Today, Jan-20/2025, began and remained a very cold day. We are in the polar vortex of the winter season. This will pass, but in the meantime, we are enjoying blue skies and bright sunshine. That put me into a summertime mood. Work was very busy, but I let that go and got my robo vac to do her thing while I was in the office doing my thing. Love to get off of work and see part of the housework done. She's great, we get along just fine. I took out a pair of t-bone steaks for supper. They are still thawing. I have 2 potatoes in the air fryer oven baking. I will add the steaks later on. I will steam some broccoli and cauliflower and do a bake, also in the air fryer oven, to go along with the meat and potatoes. Before buying this air fryer oven I never would have attempted to do steaks on such a very cold day, but this appliance makes it quite easy for me. And the steaks come out wonderfully.
