Previously till February winter used to last in Calcutta. But due to global warming it is middle of january. Wet the cold weather has gone. It is not good for cultivation also. Those crops which grow well in winter will now lose the freshness.

We are having a most unusual heatwave at the moment. We're not used to seeing temperatures in the 40Cs.

From last year onwards , climat echange has impacted every part of the world. We had terrible summer and heatwaves. This was also the case in Europe where some of the households decided to get airconditioning something their previous generations never ever thought of . Now we see most parts of world were cold and the temperatures are low . Even Florida had snow this time. One of the biggest challenges with the climate change are crops and water. I agree crop cultivation will have their challenges alongwith water scarcity. Hope all Global leaders could work out a quick solution in this regards!
