What's for dinner? January 21

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell! My fridge is overflowing with food but I am cooking yet again tonight. I have chicken breast to use up. I have it currently rubbed with Penzey's Outrage seasoning and coming up to room temperature. To go with the roasted chicken I am going to make a twice-baked potato with sour cream, butter, and shredded cheddar. I thought I had horseradish in the fridge but apparently not. For a vegetable I'm going to have some steamed broccoli with fresh lemon juice and lemon zest. Yum! That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? Share with us!

I very simple meal of a pork sausage patty, tater tots, and some gravy, Your dinner sounds tasty but I have been eating quick put together meals or canned food that I could not eat a full meal like that,

I baked some cheese. I like cheese crisps, and it seemed simple to make, so I baked some keto cheese crisps. Not much, but I’m not too hungry. Parmesan, yum!
