Stop The Snow

Here is a picture of the snow out front of the old house where we are until the 27th. Tom measured the snow on the hood of his truck and it was 3 inches. He just went outside and it is now raining. So we will be staying in tomorrow for SURE!
Had some good homemade Chili tonight.

It snowed a little bit a few years ago, not enough to keep us off the road, but enough that they shut down the bridge all day, and finally got it cleared of ice by like 7pm. Cars were sitting around both sides of the bridge waiting to go across and go home. But THIS snow..was even worse than the one in 1989. I missed that one. Didn't get here until 1991.

Wish it was melting. It is still 26° this morning. They are saying the roadways will not be safe until Thursday. LOL..I hear cars outside right now.
