I'm going to have to start writing things down in a notebook to keep track that I am taking all my pills at the appropriate times. Normally that's not a problem, but given the extra pills due to my Upper Respiratory Infection and it's a bit more complicated. There are the steroids that have to be taken 1 at breakfast, 1 at lunch, 1 at dinner, and 2 at bedtime. I don't eat standard meals or have standard mealtimes, so I have to keep track of time passage to get them all in. There are the antibiotics which is just once a day. There is the Dayquil/Nyquil to alleviate the symptoms which is every four hours. Then there's my regular medications and nasal sprays for allergies. I try to wait appropriate periods of time rather than take a lot of them together at one time. It's really all too much. I don't think I want to get my allergy shots this week because it's just two more things to contend with.

Do you put a reminder in your phone so that you don't miss any dose?

I’m sure you’ll be relieved when the newer medicine has run it’s course.

Normally you can’t get an allergy shot if you don’t feel well, so it’s best that you don’t waste time going. I think you can schedule the pills in your health app.

It is really difficult to handle such so many pills. I am already having difficulties with my two maintenance meds

Vince takes a lot of pills but lucky it's really just twice a day plus two at 6am and 6pm. It's pretty easy really.
