Well, what can I say? It's cold baby. I think today is the coldest day and then we start to warm up a bit. Thank God for that. I hate my heat being on all the time, and can't imagine what it is going to cost. Plus since the heat pump doesn't work very well in extreme temps, I have been supplementing with space heaters making it more expensive.

Yeah, but she's small. She can't keep that much of you warm. What are your temps there? I think it is about 15 or 16 now here.

@snowy22315 it is 22 degrees, but a great improvement over the 6 degrees it was yesterday at this time.
I’m not sure if it has been not feeling great or what, but at night, besides the socks, shorts, and dog, I just sleep with a sheet on the couch. I keep my thermostat at 65 degrees. It’s like I know it’s cold, but it doesn’t matter.

@AmbiePam Gee, you are cold blooded! It was 63 in here, set at 65 and I had to put in the heater. Last night I was wearing fingerless gloves.

My heat is running almost non stop here too and all I can think about is how high my bill is going to be. But, I'd rather pay a hefty bill than have my pipes freeze or be cold.

That's true. I just paid a 200 dollar one. Lord knows how much it will be next month. The bill projection wasn't that high..but we will see.
