Day 4 – Under Construction
2 Chronicles 3:1 Now Solomon began to build the house of JEHOVAH at Jerusalem on Mount Moriah, where JEHOVAH had appeared to his father David, at the place David had prepared on the threshing floor of Ornan the Jebusite. 2 He began to build on the second day of the second month in the fourth year of his reign.
3 This is the foundation which Solomon laid for building the house of God: The length was sixty cubits (by cubits according to the former measure) (90 feet) and the width twenty cubits (30 feet). 4 The vestibule in front of the sanctuary was twenty cubits (30 feet) long across the width of the house, and the height was one hundred and twenty (180 feet). He overlaid the inside with pure gold. 5 The larger room he paneled with cypress which he overlaid with fine gold, and he carved palm trees and chainwork on it. 6 He decorated the house with precious stones for beauty, and the gold was gold from Parvaim. 7 He also overlaid the house—the beams and doorposts, its walls and doors—with gold; and he carved cherubim on the walls. 8 He made the Most Holy Place. Its length was according to the width of the house, twenty cubits (30 feet), and its width twenty cubits. He overlaid it with six hundred talents of fine gold. (54,600 pounds (troy)) 9 The weight of the nails was fifty shekels of gold; and he overlaid the upper area with gold. (18.2 oz. (troy))
10 In the Most Holy Place he made two cherubim, fashioned by carving, and overlaid them with gold. 11 The wings of the cherubim were twenty cubits (30 feet) in overall length: one wing of the one cherub was five cubits, (7.5 feet) touching the wall of the room, and the other wing was five cubits, (7.5 feet) touching the wing of the other cherub; 12 one wing of the other cherub was five cubits, touching the wall of the room, and the other wing also was five cubits, touching the wing of the other cherub. 13 The wings of these cherubim spanned twenty cubits (30 feet) overall. They stood on their feet, and they faced inward. 14 He made the veil of blue, purple, crimson, and fine linen, and wove cherubim into it. 15 Also, he made in front of the temple two pillars thirty-five cubits high, (52.5 feet) and the capital that was on the top of each of them was five cubits. (7.5 feet) 16 He made wreaths of chainwork, as in the inner sanctuary, and put them on top of the pillars; and he made one hundred pomegranates and put them on the wreaths of chainwork. 17 Then he set up the pillars before the temple, one on the right hand and the other on the left; he called the name of the one on the right-hand Jachin, and the name of the one on the left Boaz.

Whatever you build, you need to know the exact measurements for the construction so you can get the correct measurements for each item used in the construction.
Solomon began building the temple. He constructed it according to the plans his father gave him and used the materials David prepared for him.
When JEHOVAH formed you in your mother’s womb, He knew what you needed to become the person you are today.
Psalm 139:13 For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb.
14 I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well.
15 You did not hide my frame from You, when I was made in secret, and skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. In Your book they were written, the days fashioned for me, when there were none of them.
As a child of Elohiym, your temple is a marvelous creation. You have everything you need to complete the work Yeshuwa gave you to do for Him.
Philippians 1:3 I thank my Theos upon every remembrance of you, 4 always in every prayer of mine making request for you with joy, 5 for your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now, 6 being confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Iesous Christos; 7 just as it is right for me to think this of you, because I have you in my heart, inasmuch as both in my chains and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, you are partakers with me of grace.
When people saw Solomon’s temple, they saw its beauty. When people see you, they should see your beauty shining for Yeshuwa. Solomon built the temple to glorify JEHOVAH. Theos made you to glorify Him in everything you do. When you glorify Yeshuwa, you glorify Theos.
Matthew 5:16 “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. (NKJV)
How do you glorify Yeshuwa? What task did He give you? Do your work so people will know you belong to Yeshuwa and Yeshuwa lives in you.
Let’s pray: Father, let my life glorify You in everything I say and do. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
