Binge watching NCIS

I’ve been binge watching NCIS from the beginning and I’m now on season 14. Glad that the show is on Netflix. I don’t have to fast forward through commercials as there aren’t any. And more importantly, I don’t have to keep checking if episodes I need to watch are on TV and setting them to record.
I think so far there are only seasons 12-17 on there but new seasons are coming soon. I hope it will be more than just a few seasons but I will take a few over none.
The show is in its 22nd season. I’ve got a lot of catching up to do. I never watched this show as it was airing. Don’t know why. It’s a great show as is the cast.
I should’ve started binge watching NCIS a long time ago. I would’ve been all caught up already. But I’m doing it now and making progress.

I remember when I used to watch this show. I quit when the characters started leaving. When Tony and Abby left I left. To me they made the show.

@lovebuglena ........I wonder if it has changed. The fun and interesting ones on the show left so I do wonder about it.

McGee and Palmer are the few original members that remain on the show to this day.
I’m planning on watching the entire series but it may not be the same.

Yep. Will take a while but being able to watch many in one day certainly helps to move things along.

I have stopped watching NCIS several times andd for several reasons. When one of my favorite characters is gone I mourn him/her. I stopped watching it after Ziva left the show and then after Tony went away. But for me, the end of it all was when Jethro Gibbs decided to quit. It is another show.

I hate it when characters I am invested in leave the show. Tony left at the end of season 13. I’m five episodes into season 14 and it’s weird not having him there anymore. I wish I didn’t know that Gibbs left the show. He is one of the main reasons I’m invested in the show.

@marguicha it’s not your fault. I already knew that because I saw it on social media a while ago that Gibbs actor (Mark Harmon) left the show.
