What's for dinner? January 22

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell! I am not cooking anything new tonight because I have plenty of leftovers. I am going to have some roasted chicken, a twice-baked potato with cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper, and some steamed broccoli with cheddar sauce. The chicken looks like it needs a little help so I will make a quick chicken gravy to pour over it. It won't be anything fancy but it should be good. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

There is chicken thawing in the fridge so I guess Vince will do something yummy with that.

I was hungry so I made my big mess as I call it, I put frozen sweet potato and seasoned fries on aluminum, topped them with Campbells chili, and then with cheddar cheese and into the toaster oven, It was tasty,
