There Should Be a Class Action Lawsuit Against the United States Postal Service

They are woefully inefficiently run and getting worse by the day.
I'm attaching a local news article showing that there are semi truck bins full of mail that hasn't been delivered in weeks sitting at our main post office facility here in Louisville, KY.
Christmas cards, bills, packages, letters, etc. have still not been delivered. Some people receive their prescriptions through the mail which they are not getting. What if their utility bill doesn't reach them and their services get cut off?
This is UNACCEPTABLE!
They are trying to blame recent adverse weather, but employees say it's been this way for months and there's no digging out of the hole they find themselves in.
I take issue with paying $8.40 for a two-day priority package given to the post office on 1/13 that STILL hasn't reached its destination 15 miles away and it was NOT due to weather. I want my money back!
Is the mail service this bad where you live?

Not that bad, here one of our Senators has taken on the post office in this state. Sometimes something will show up way later, other times not so much. It sort of depends on what post office it runs through.

There was a problem with undelivered mail in Florida. Some of the mail was left in woods or fields. Some was in attics or garages of employees. It was like a scandal.
We are getting mail regularly here. I did have a problem with my mail but it was because I moved twice.

Unfortunately, they’re exempt from lawsuits for their “performance” (and do I use that term loosely). I’d suggest writing to your senator and asking them to do something.
