What do you say to motivate yourself when you are not accepted for work, or have been training but in the end the company does not extend your employment?

That motivation didn't last long. What lasts a long time is discipline that becomes a habit. Instead of waiting to be motivated by strangers on the internet, use that time to learn to increase your chances of getting hired. You can learn hard skills that are needed in your field, or maybe soft skills in interviews so that you are more confident, whatever it is is better than waiting for motivation.

What it boils down to is, is the job really right for you? Your self-worth isn't decided n weather or not you're hired. Employers might have different reasons for not extending an invatation that has nothing to do with you. You never should leave an interview feeling like you're the problem. Sometimes you're not the right fit, or they have too many employees. Whatever the reason, you should never feel you have to change yourself or that your skills are lacking. Because all to often, that's not the case. Assuming your the problem, is only going to lead down a path of self-destruction. When you go to apply for a job, you're doing so based on the skils you have to bring to the table. If you're smart, you're not going to set yourself up for failure.

Thats a good approach. You need to see whats the skills you need to succeed in a given field or job responsibilities and work towards them. Make sure you work and read and update yourself on those. In case you do not perform in certain interviews , understand what went wrong. It could be because you did not know certain areas -work on those , it could be soft skills -then rehearse few times and then go for interview. There are also times when the interviewer is not so friendly , there is nothing much can be done. Finding a job is a long journey espeically in the current environment. Good Luck!
