A couple of weeks ago I got a notification from my county about a rental property. This property had to have a total overhaul, meaning tearing out everything and doing a complete new everything. As many of you know the price of building materials are extremely expensive, with that being said it's taking a very long time to do. Add in that I'm working full time and last year I was sick with anything that I could catch.
Most of the illnesses I suffered were colds, flu and stomach viruses, even had pneumonia and was in the hospital a few days. When I left the last employer I am 100% better and can breathe once again.
Then I discovered that a neighbor was using my property as his address to evade prosecution for criminal activity, when the authorities found out he had his children to vandalize my property.
The county meeting was yesterday, I was 5 minutes late! In those minutes was my property discussion so I missed it and had to sit there and listen to people " brown nose" to continue funding for their cause.
Did that stop me? No. I walked right down the hall and to the office in charge, talked to them. The notice I received was nothing more than "clean up the outside." So, I gave my " sales pitch" and all is good. It seems that the people I hired to keep the yard clean didn't do a good enough job. With that being said I will no longer hire anyone and do it myself.
I will in the next few weeks, which is the best time to do yardwork, I'll get this done.
I know the neighborhood witch was attacking once again, she's so jealous, why do I say this? She doesn't know I sold several places and she turned them in for the same thing, however their property has children's toys outside.
I can only shake my head.

It feels more secure to do it yourself. I am glad they listened to you. Funny how tell tale evidence points out the baddies.

I'm used to dealing with her, I don't react and that's what makes her go away.
