What did you have for supper?

We ordered a pizza. I did not like the toppings real well but it was good enough. We don't get pizza very often so is always a treat when we do.

That sounds really good. I am having my favorite meat. Pork spare ribs for supper.

Oh wow, that sounds so good. The last low carb casserole I had was one my stepmom made. It was delicious.

I made French onion pasta and glazed carrots. My son was talking to me so I would up tossing the brown sugar on the pasta and stirring it in before realizing the mistake I made. I was so upset, I knew I should have told him I couldn’t concentrate but he is such an irritable teen and when he’s willing to start a conversation with me I want to listen.

I am not huge on Reubens, but if you liked it, that is great. I don't actually have any low carb casseroles, hopefully someone else will have one to tell you about.

Pizza from Wal Mart this evening for dinner.

I made Reuben casserole last week. There is one lonely piece left, because Bob did not know I had left it for him. We had a Subway sandwich called The Outlaw. It tasted pretty good. Bob did not know exactly what it had on it, but it was one of their $10 footlongs.

I have nothing for supper. Usually I do not take supper at night as I have difficulties in digesting it throughout the night. I may get acid reflux along the way.

I'm not familiar with Reuben but I will be making lots of low carb food in the days to come

I love a good and not too saucy Reuben. Corned beef is hard to find in my area. I generally eat more carbs than other things. I try to stick to the whole grain type carbs though I also have instant mashed taters in the cupboard.

I'd never heard of a Reuben casserole till I came to myLot. They still sell corned beef here but you can't get pickled pork any longer without ordering it specially.

Low-carb Reuben casserole sounds fire ?? Pastrami is a solid save, though—props for improvising! I haven't tried making a low-carb casserole yet, but now I'm tempted. Reubens are elite, so this might be my next kitchen experiment!
