Friends are good to have.

When you are young you are glad you have some friends to talk to and do things with.
But you do take those friends for granted. True you like them but you do not realize the importance of having a friend in your life.
It is not until you get older that you realize what it means to be a friend.
Than you realize what it mean to have friends.
The picture is mine of the radishes I pulled out of my garden. The carrots never came up.

The radishes here are white in colour. I eat the leaves too

I had many friends when I was a school student.Even now they are my friends. But I never take them foregranted. They have their own problems. Sometimes they can't help me although they want to. I understand their problem.

I am so fortunate to have some truly wonderful friends in my life. We try to check on each other, with calls, texts, etc. We all need friends, whether they are in our lives in person or online or wherever we find them.

Yes its good to have a friend..I had only one friend all my life my best friend..not sure if she is still alive or not.

Yeah, making true friends is probably harder than finding a romantic partner, and it gets even harder with age because people get too busy with work or family. Those radishes look great, well done.

For me its different good friends will always stay, and we always find a way to chat with one another no matter how busy we are. I think we need friends.. I mean true friends, to add colors in our lives in every season we are in. God bless.
You are so blessed to have a garden.. I hope we will have that soon.

I have zero friends and never had any growing up. I applaud anyone who has good friendships. Savor them!
