Keeping up with Gen Z slang is like learning a whole new language every month! One day it's 'rizz,' the next it's 'bussin,' and I’m over here still trying to figure out what 'no cap' really means. How do they come up with these words so fast

I talk with Gen Z people all the time but have never come across "bussin" except in Rap music where it means something like "excellent". And "no cap" means no lie. I'm older and have no clue who makes this stuff up but I'm sure someone is earning rizz from it.
