Today's Plans - 25 January

Good morning from a breezy Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. The temperature is a balmy 30 F. However; the breeze is raw, so it feels cold out there.
Today, being Saturday, I don't have a lot planned, even so, I will be busy.
This morning my friend down the hall has a funeral service for her sister. I have Sammy, who is being very good.
When she returns in an hour or so, I will be going shopping with my next-door neighbor to Hy-Vee. Normally, she doesn't like going as far as Hy-Vee but they have a 99 cent sale going on and a lot of great food products on sale. So, we're going this afternoon.
I also need to get my steps today and work on Faith to Believe. We'll see how much I get done today.
For now, I have the notifications finished for the past week. I'm glad the site is working well today.

Pay some bills get some online work done. With the site down I wasn't able to make as much as I would've liked. But, I do have bills to pay and need to take advantage where I can.

Hy-Vee 99 Cent Sale sounds promising. Sometimes we get some good bargains for our daily need things.
Yet sometimes we do tend to buy a few extra things.
Good that you would be physically active & working on a new book.
30 F would be quite cold for me.
Here days are getting quite warm. In warm sunshine, one sometimes even feels taking out the single layer of sweater or jacket !
In just 10 days, it has gotten so so warm - Not a good sign actually.
Yet cold winds blow in the evening and I need 3 layers and a cap.
Plus I seem to have some cold again, probably transmitted by others around me.
Well, in some time it would be time to sleep as we have to wake up early tomorrow - again something unusual for a Sunday.

Late addition : Sammy is puzzled as to why you are taking the picture or why you refused to give a treat??

When it's a lot colder for a long time, 30 F sounds warm.

Yes any substantial temperature increase after freezing cold is welcome.
I have cold in control but getting troubling cough in between.
An Ayurvedic cough syrup is helping.

I'd certainly be willing to travel for 99 cent sales. Hope you both found some good things.
My day was fairly quiet. Did a grocery pickup and the day just seemed to disappear. I did sneak in a nap

It was too late when Sammy's mom came home. The sale is still on tomorrow, so we're going after church.

Sammy is a doll. It's lovely though not super warm out. I should at least do some front porch sitting.
