Lazy Susan is a turntable top placed on a counter or on one's dining table where food is kept. Ir rotates so that one can have access to food without having to crane one' s neck or stretch one's hand. One has to wait one's turn however. One no longer needs to ask somepone to 'pass the food' My boss had one like that and I got to experience it when I had visited them once. Image credit:

I have one for my spices in my cabinet. It makes looking for the right spice very easy.

@allknowing Well, the lazy Susan in my cabinet with my spices is much smaller than the one in your picture. You probably have a lot more than I do. I think I have All Spice, Garlic, cinnamon, oregano, salt, pepper, nutmeg, turmeric, cumin…But I also keep my baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla on it too.

@id_peace It will be kind of tricky when a choice is to be made. Each one will have to await their turn

@allknowing Ah yes, we have 10 people who will be dinning on the reunion dinner. So it will be really helpful to eat with that.

That's the one we need for our dining table. Wonder if we can buy just that alone and does it have to be screwed on the table.
