. . . well at least the ones in Cozumel. I am not one to spend hours or even minutes watching TikToks or FB Reels or whatever it is called on Instagram. Every now and then though I will come across something that I find hilarious and will not only watch over and over and over again but I will be absolutely screaming with laughter the entire time no matter how many times I've seen it. If you are on my FB then you might have seen the young girl doing a snow dance, the monkey wrapping the cobra around its neck, oh and Mr. Whiskers the cat repeatedly trying to jump onto a roof. . . Those had me absolutely dying. Well tonight I found another one. It was a short clip saying that Mexican sidewalks should be an Olympic sport and showing 2 people in various locations. I don't claim to be an expert on Mexico but I have been to the island of Cozumel there 11 times. I can say that this depiction of the sidewalks that aren't on the main shopping row is 1000% accurate. So funny!

Is that for real?? That's hilarious. There is no way I could make some of those steps!

Oh yes. Been there, done that. Love the vicious dogs running for luckily, what is a fence or other barrier, and scaring the hell out of you. It was fun walking through the streets of Mexico, but it is also something I'd never do without being a large group. As for Mexico, I have no plans on returning anytime soon.

@NJChicaa Not me. No way in hell. I think Mexicans are going to be hating Gringos now that we are following the law. I will stay Stateside or visit other countries.

@porwest I wish I could move there tomorrow. It is gorgeous there. Interestingly it is also beautiful here in this area.

Those are not really 'sidewalks' as such are they? Just each house/shop has their own platform or steps or whatever outside their building. I'm guessing that the locals just walk in the road.
