So, I was mystery shopping today, to a place I have been a few times before and is one of the closest places to here. When I first saw this place, I thought it was really super cool, with all the amenities they have including a prepared breakfast everyday. sauna, steam room, salt water pool etc. However, despite being like a resort, the one bedroom is only 721 square feet. That would be the day I would pay like 2000 a month for such a small place..God forbid I ever have to pay that..but if I did it would be a modern house with some space. Much too much! I guess it all depends on what you are looking for..but I don't see it.

Well, people pay it. It is in a good location. It is very close to the commuter rail that goes into DC, There is a large shopping center with a lot of good stores and a grocery within walking distance. The hospital is across the road etc. They just want too much for it, and there are a bunch of adjunct fees. The base was 1850..but everything had a fee. They wanted 250 per month for a garage!!! This place is crazy high. They had a massage room and for all you are paying, massages should be included!!! You have to pay for them though.

@snowy22315 Oh, if you had told me the massages were free I was going to change my mind.

It's awfully expensive. You might expect that in Arlington or something but not out in the boonies.

One thing too, in tis place they have big screen TV going that no one is watching 24/7. Admittedly TVs don't cost slot to run, but butT all adds uo. It is wasteful.
