I used to eat that a lot way back when I was younger. The yellow packet called Raisinets from Nestle. Now we have a local version of that. It has been here for a while now made by Goya, they call it raisins. Well, almost taste the same but of course it is local. For years I have not seen Raisinets here or maybe the sales is not that good here. Have you tried Raisinets?

I think you mean chocolate coated raisins but that's okay. Vince loves chocolate-coated peanuts too.

@rakski I am one of those 'grammar Nazi' type people. Mostly I don't mention mistakes and it IS a catchy title. I always put a bit of thought into my titles. I'm not sure if it helps or not but perhaps it does.

I'm pretty sure you have the title backwards, they are raisins covered in chocolate (chocolate-covered raisins), not chocolates covered in raisins. Used to eat Raisinets quite often although I enjoy other brands as well. They are still available here.

I was supposed to put that but then I want a catchy title. I guess it's successful cause it catch your attention, haven't seen you much here and there. Do you have other brands other than Raisinets?

I have not tried these raisinets that you have shown in the picture. I do love raisins as dry fruits. I add it to many of the home made desserts. That takes care of my sugar cravings too

I do like eating raisins alone but when put into dishes and desserts, that's another thing all over

@rakski Some people don't like it when it gets soggy. Even my daughters are not a big fan of it in desserts.

I like Raisinets Candy! I still buy some once in a while. Raisins are good for you and with a little chocolate covering tastes even better.

I've never tried chocolate-covered fruit, it must be very sweet but it's okay for treats to be that sweet I guess. I think I'd still prefer to eat the two separately.
