I'm sleepy now since I wasn't able to sleep well last night. I actually was able to sleep 1.5 hours a while ago. I'm trying to better my sleeping habit but sometime things just happen and you have to adjust your sleep. My sleep goal is to be bale to sleep more than 6 hours at night. Do you sleep well? I wish you all sleep well. How many hours you need to sleep in a day?

I take a long time to go to sleep then I seem to wake every hour or two.

@rakski Sometimes I do. Sometimes in the afternoon I can sleep for at least a couple of hours.

I don't sleep well at all even though I'm in bed for nearly 8 hours every night. I toss and turn, get up to use the bathroom multiple times and always have a hard time falling back asleep once I wake up.

@rakski yes. Every afternoon I take a nap. Otherwise I probably wouldn't be able to function very well.

Two nights ago I couldn’t sleep because I was so upset about my husband being mean. I was sick to my stomach. I finally was able to sleep better last night. I feel more rested now. I hope you are able to catch up on your missed sleep. I can never nap

With small kids, I seldom take naps. I'm glad you sleep better. I do too.

Depends on work, if I close and then have to open. Those days I don't get enough sleep.

I sleep two or four hours at a time and then wake up to use the restroom. (I take a diuretic and that's what wakes me up.) It takes a while before I fall asleep again. I usually sleep about six hours out of a 24 hour day.

@rakski Yup! Every two to four hours, I gotta go to the bathroom. It's to help with my blood pressure.

I had that problem before but after I stopped drinking coffee and replaced it instead with milk, I am able to spend 7 hours of sleep.. Try to drink two glasses of milk everyday to have a sound sleep.

I am blessed with a good sleeping habit. I sleep for seven hours at a stretch in the night. I do take a power nap of 20_40 minutes in daytime. But yes, there are few days when my sleep cycle goes haywire too. Sleep well tonight and catch up with your lost sleep last night.

I have 5-6 hours of sleep everyday but sometimes I only got around 3-4 hours of sleep and 1 hour of sleep to nothing. Sometimes I can sleep for 7-9 hours and I feel good for it.

@rakski maybe because of stress and using my phone every night before go to sleep. I can manage my sleeping hours , sometimes I can sleep longer and that's 6-7 hours of sleep.

I happened to sleep less than usual this week, but around 5/6 hours per night anyway. Eventually it caught up and I started feeling tired throughout the day, so I allowed myself to sleep in and hit 8/9 hours. The issue is that I wake up feeling (and prolly looking) like a zombie no matter how many hours I sleep, so I thought I could as well sleep less. But nope, not really.

My sleeping habit right now is the opposite, when its day I am a sleep and when its night I am so awake. But right now I have my iced coffee that is why I can work. When I am awake at night I usually don't have the strength to do anything except reading... or watching other than that it makes me weak and more restless.

I sleep well and I sleep all over the place. (Meaning all different hours.) Last night, I fell asleep strangely early, around 6 p.m. Woke up at 3 a.m. So that’s 9 hours. Stayed up, did some work, checked some applications, fried up a Ribeye in this weird upstairs bedroom around 7 a.m. then planned on watching YouTube. I had 3 videos I needed to watch. Nope, by 8 a.m. I get that odd, familiar feeling like Omg l need to go to bed right now. Immediately. I hate it when this happens because the feeling of being tired hits so hard and fast, I barely have time to shut my phone off or close the window, it just overcomes me and I pass out. It’s as if I have no choice in the matter, it’s strange. So then I slept from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. 16 hrs of sleep in 24-hr period. (Don’t panic.) I do this all the time. Haha Hope you catch some good Zzzz’s, @rakski
