What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I have a couple of boneless skinless chicken thighs rubbed with Penzey's Outrage seasoning blend that I will pound, bread in panko, and fry up as chicken cutlets. To go with I'm making boxed stuffing mix and some mashed cauliflower. Nothing fancy but it will be good. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!
