29 January - What I'm Thankful for Today

Good evening from a pleasantly warm Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It's 31 F and feels like 24 F. There's a light wind, but nothing like the last few days, so it feels nice outside. Today has been a good day. Let me tell you about my blessings. I'm thankful for the time I was here this morning and got all the notifications finished. It also didn't take long on WordPress. It felt like I had everything done in record time. And the blessing was that I could visit with you in your world. I'm thankful for the work I did on Faith to Believe. The revision is coming along well. I might be halfway through with it. That too is a blessing. I'm thankful I could get all my steps by walking the hallway twice each hour. I just finished up. I did 18 laps. I have over 14K steps on Google Fit and the pedometer app. I have over 17K on Fitbit. It was a good day. I'm also thankful that I wasn't too hungry today. I kept my calories low today. I'm seeing the scale come down again, which is good. I have a hospital appointment next week. If I can keep going down, I should be approximately where I was the last time I was there. I hope so. Fish will be on my menu until then. I'm thankful for my friends physical and virtual. You all make my day brighter in so many ways. You bless me every day. I'm thankful for the impromptu shopping trip my neighbor asked me along for. I blessed someone else at the store. It was wonderful. Okay, that's my day of blessings and why I'm thankful.
