Okoy for lunch

Today is Thursday here. Gloomy in the morning but now the sun is bright. My sister report to her office today so it's just me, my brother and father at house. Okoy is my favorite, shredded squash and carrots with shrimps covered with batter and then fried and will be dip in sweet vinegar dip. Have a nice day
