Overall, ChatGPT seems like a better choice for general use, while DeepSeek may cater to specific needs.

DeepSeek can compute at lesser cost , So on long run DeepSeek can beat Chatgpt on long term benefit basis and learning and refining basis. However Chatgpt is more accepted AI standard for most of us , so for us to accept any other AI kdel be it DeepSeek or Gemini , it would need new features or some additional functionalities. Chatgpt would be more acceptable for most countries . I do agree there are strengths for DeepSeek , if Chatgpt can cut down operating costs , then DeepSeek would have its rival from cost perspective. I believe till then Chatgpt would be gold standard as far as content and information is concerned.
