How often do you paint your nails?

I only do mine a few times per year. I happened upon a jar of polish a few minutes ago, and decided I should paint my nails. They really do look nice though, maybe I will try polishing more often. I just don't usually do it, because I have a hard time keeping polish on my fingers. I will bump them, or bite my nails or some other thing and before you know it is chipping away. I like this gray color too. It looks good on me.

J don’t paint my fingernails. I feel like I wash my hands so often the polish doesn’t stay on long enough. I try the nice brands of polish, but none seem to stay on very long. I’d like to though.@snowy22315 (184700)

If I have nail polish on, it seems like I have to touch it up everyday. I will get a mani pedi in the spring though.

@JudyEv Maybe next time you go to an event you could paint your nails for a new look. Guess what? I have to repaint mine already. I was doing laundry over the weekend though.

@snowy22315 It wasn't worth it when I was working with horses and doing so much outdoor work. It would probably be alright now.

I have stopped painting my nails as they ae always trimmed - thanks to the problem I face typing with long nails.
Toe nails are painted occasioally and I need help to do that

I don't want painting my nails, but I make sure it is clean and trim. I am not the kind of girl who can be very careful in my everyday errands, so my hands can easily get dirt, and I am too lazy to do manicure, lol! I just want to wash my hands and make it clean and neat everytime.

Yep, you are too much of a worker bee for nail polish to work out very well. I remember when you were doing all that really rough work when you were a landlady. Not a good mix with nail polish.

Yeah, we have a lot of sock free time here so it pays to have nice toenails as they are often on display.

It's been about a month now since my nails have seen polish. I've been busier experimenting in the kitchen so I better not wear any, otherwise I usually do and I often choose black.
Gray sounds very nice too!
