We have a pet dog and that is a female dog. Though she is very cute but since last few months, she has fallen sick and has developed anxiety problem. She has become very aggressive too. She has even bitten my father-in-law and my husband. Sometimes she gets very scared of strangers and then starts lashing out at them. She barks a lot. We have talked to many doctors, some are saying that she will get well if she gets a surgery done. And some doctors say that she will get well only after taking medicines. Do you guys have any solution to fix it. Can we fix it without surgery?

My suggestion is; maintain a safe distance from it. And your father in law and your husband need to be checked by doctor. Keep away from the dog until it gets ok. I don't have any pets. My elder brother; however; has five cows. I love cows.

@ekta54 That's good. But taking care of pets is difficult. Yes; we have two stray cats as well. They are not our pets. They strayed into our house. They were weak and hungry. My sister saw them and fed them. Since then they are with us.

What surgery is the doctor talking about? You are saying she sick since last few months and that is a long period. Her getting wild must be due to some pain she is going through. ^You can get her blood tested.

@ekta54 You mean she has been on heat and that resulted in her behaviour. That does not last long We had Preiti. She was never mated and she was very milld and well behaved.

Pitiful doggie what makes him aggressive? What was the cause of the sudden change of his behavior? Didn't he encounter brutal punishment? He might have been kicked without pity or having skipped meals. The best thing to do is keep on taking with doggie with a smiling and a happy face to get back trust. I had 4 pet dogs but none among them acted that way..Feed your pet doggie with a fried fish or fried chicken. There will help normalise his behavior. Hoping you're all anti rabies vaccinated so also doggie.

Some doctors say that she is less socialized that's why her behavior has become like this.
