Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 27 degrees F and clear here at the Jersey Shore. The high is only 39. Yuck. I woke up way too early this morning and thought it was Monday. I definitely felt relief when I realized it was Sunday. No work today! Phew. I am sure I will take a nap later on. Why not? hahaha No big plans for the day other than some meal prep for the work week. I would bet on my former neighbor (Whiskey's owner) stopping by. She moved back into this complex but not this building so she is around. She isn't working today (I know this b/c Whiskey isn't here) but I'd bet that she will walk over here later just to chat. What's everyone else up to today?

Had a busy day. Sunday, regular church service, except that our regular worship leader for the first Sunday is ill. Our worship leader (pastor's husband) Who NEVER gets sick, is ill as well. He has not had a day off for illness in 42 years from his factory/management job, but his wife is making him stay home tomorrow and see a doctor. So I led the singing. We had "lunch with the pastor" where they buy and prepare the meal and we eat together and visit. After that, Bob and I went to Walmart for some "needs". Then to the laundromat to wash a load since we were in town. Then to Dillons to pick up a prescription. I was tired, rested a bit, then made a meal for us. I am now going to go to bed. I want to make you jealous, we hit 65 today.

I'm baking biscuits (cookies) and a loaf cake. Some will get frozen to take when we go out with the motor-home on Wednesday.

hmm pretty cold up there huh. Well there is a high wind warning out for today.. And its going to be near 70..this place is nuts. I am waiting for a Walmart grocery delivery..that's about it. Doesn't feel like Sunday..used to be my fav day... Hope you have a good one. Oh that one moved back again Whiskeys owner.

I will be visiting with mom a bit in the hospital per my post. Other than that, I have no real plans, but who knows? Maybe we'll do something spontaneous.
