I was up way too early this morning and scrolling on Facebook. I came across this video and it made me laugh so much that I've watched it probably like 50 times now. Growing up my family owned 2 very popular bars in Seaside Heights, NJ. If that town name sounds familiar to you then you've probably heard of it in reference to the MTV show "Jersey Shore". For decades they were straight up bars and eventually they evolved into nightclubs. I was well-known in the town due to my family's prominence so I may or may not have been hanging out in the bars and clubs before I turned 21. I had VIP cards for the biggest club in town--The Bamboo. Man back in those days we didn't even go out until 10 to a dive bar and didn't hit the Boo until midnight. Those were the days! Anyway I saw this video this morning and it absolutely cracked me up. 1000% true! I used to tear it up on the dance floor. What good times we had!

so much fun and as you know my dad's demand of my sister and I when we went out was to "have fun!" I wear a bracelet every day that says that.

That sounds like such a fun trip down memory lane! Growing up in a lively place like Seaside Heights must have been a blast, especially with your family's bars and clubs. It's great that the video brought back those hilarious memories of dancing and good times. Those were definitely the days!

I could not access the video probably as I am on a desktop PC, You sound like you had some really good times. Brought back some memories to me of my own youth, Early adulthood traipsing the nightclubs of NYC till daybreak. Then dropped for an hour or two and on to work, A cocktail at lunchtime and the beat goes on, If I did this now I don't think I would ever recuperate,
