The store where i bought my last earphones is gone:/

Hm.
So, what to do if the earphones (not jinxing myself, i hope) fail me and i want others for replacement or sending them on repair.
Really strange that company itself didn't go bankrupt but this store in a famous mall in my neighbourhood got closed just like that. I haven't been on the second floor since last year, when i saw it. I only go to the first floor so after this empty space, i am still not sure what will come in the same place instead.
Too bad...

IF something happens before their warranty runs out, you contact the company itself and see what they want to do. They're still responsible since it's their product you purchased. They might send you a label and tell you to mail the earphones/earbuds back and they'll replace them. (That's what usually happens in the US. I don't know what would happen there.)

I am sure that most likely if needed you can get replacement perhaps online, Does the company have an online site?

Well, perhaps they located to a more convenient location or perhaps they moved to a different location due to increasing rents or agreement issues. Famous stores do not disappear that quickly. Stores in mall do not stay for long if they do not get good business. I have seen many stores in malls changing over time . During the pandemic most stores in malls were gone and most were with "to let" boards. Some store will come in the space in case they feel the location is good and price is right. Hope you got the problems of the earphones sorted out. You have a great day ahead!
