There was a bit of a commotion when I got the news that my niece's daughter had a grand wedding and I was not invited. No doubt both my sister and I were a bit uipset. We consoled ourselves by saying the present generation is capable of doing such mean things. A while ago the same person who opened up the news tells me that she was not my niece's daughter but both the bride's name and that of the mother are the same as my niece's and that of her daughter and both are from the same vicinity. You can imagine what vile thoughts passed thourhg our minds till then

So just the same name of the bride and the mother as well. And both living in the same area? Is that a coincidence or there are many people who share the same name there?

What a strange state of affairs! At least you can now stop being mad at your niece.
