The Gym Is a Good Way to Start a New Week

I did my usual 60 minutes of cardio then I also did 30 minutes of strength training (using the resistance weight lifting machines).
Just got out of the shower and feeling GREAT!
Hubby and I will head out to lunch here in a minute or two.
There's nothing like exercise to clear your mind, help your mental health, and improve your physical health.

I only walk Lou when I can..but when I do, it is so good for me.
