What's for dinner? February 3

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell!
I am making lasagna "rosettes". I made them last month but wound up not eating any of them so I'm considering this my first time. I had leftover homemade bolognese from another recipe so that's what I'm using rather than what is called for in this recipe. Of course I will have way more than I need to I will bring some into a coworker who always appreciates extra food. To go with I will have some balsamic-marianted mini cucumber slices. Yum.
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

Oh goody. Another shot at some puke faces. Hmm. Had some pork steak left over, so I diced it and threw it into a bix mixing bowl. Added cooked penne noodles, frozen peas, a can of cream of mushroom soup, some oregano, some Italian seasoning, some milk, salt and pepper, garlic and garlic powder, sprinkled it with Parmesan, baked it, and added melted cheese on top.
It was delicious.

@NJChicaa Our relatives are kind of odd dealing with meals for dinner in terms of combination of meals.
