Guy Fieri's new chicken chain just got a brutal NY Post review

Hoo boy. The mayor of Flavortown apparently didn't learn his lesson the first time around. He had a ginormous restaurant in Times Square years ago, Guy's American Kitchen & Bar, that received such a scorching ZERO star review in the New York Times that Fieri immediately took a red-eye flight from California to NYC in order to defend the place on the Today Show. The place apparently truly was awful and it closed within just a couple of years with Fieri blaming rent prices for the closure.
Well he has a new fast-casual chain now called "Chicken Guy". There is a new location in New York City. The menu includes chicken appetizers, chicken sandwiches, chicken on salads, etc. along with milkshakes. A review of 3 different chicken sandwiches and a mint shake are. . . not good. Apparently the writer couldn't even cut through the chicken with a plastic knife because it was that tough.
Much like I don't understand Madonna and the Rolling Stones' continued output of albums and concerts (don't you have enough money?) I don't get Fieri's insistence on a new fast food chain. Off the top of my head I can think of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, Guy's Grocery Games, and Guy's Backyard Ranch shows on Food Network. He has a chain of restaurants on a cruise line (Carnival I think). I know he had a chain of restaurants that shut down (Tex Wasabi's) but he might still have whatever the other one is/was. He also sells branded food items and merchandise. Why continue with the crappy fast food places?

It does seem a bit classless opening fast food chains like that.
