Broadchurch vs Gracepoint

So, I watched the UK show Broadchurch a couple of years ago, and really enjoyed it. I started watching Gracepoint recently, and I was thinking,,what this is the same show?..yeah, it is but it is made for American audiences. There are supposedly some differences in it from Broadchurch, and I am noticing the family is different. However, the kid's name is roughly the same, same age etc. I remember who the culprit was in Broadchurch, I wonder if it will be the same one in Gracepoint? Broadchurch was really good, if you like murder mysteries. I am hoping Gracepoint will be the same.

Noo I want to watch the series. Did you watch Broadchurch too? I think the red haired detective primary investigator is the same. In both shows but in the American one he uses an American accent.

@snowy22315 I saw the first episode of Broadchurch, then someone ruined it for me. Then I gave Gracepoint a try.

Yes, Broadview as excellent Its in Netflix or was. I also see it in Prime Video Did you watch Twin Peaks back in the day? I didn't this sort if reminded me of one of those kinds if shows though where everybody is a suspect.
