My neighbor sounds like he has tuberculosis

I've gotta give Smoky McSmokerson credit. He truly is committed to his cigarette and pot smoking. It has been freezing cold around here lately. It has snowed. It has rained. That guy is out on the landing at all hours of the day and night smoking. This morning the ashtray was empty and by the time I got back it was OVERFLOWING with cigarette butts. It looks like 2 or 3 packs worth. For at least a week he has been constantly coughing and hacking out there. It is way more than just the usual smoker's cough. I swear it sounds like he is dying of tuberculosis. Hey for all I know he is. I truly wish that Whiskey's owner never moved out. It was way better when she was here.
