That is unusual for her. Still as I wrote earlier I'm not sad to have the extra time to get going on the soup for work tomorrow. I've never made it before and I am using way less leeks than called for (um I'm not paying $5/leek for 5 leeks) and I have to use dried tarragon instead of fresh but I'm confident it will turn out well. Ina Garten's recipes almost always do. The chicken is roasting. Now I need to get to chopping up the vegetables and sauteing them. I'm glad I have leftovers in the fridge for dinner because I won't want to be making anything else tonight.
