Stiff muscles can be a pain

That is what is ailing me at the moment. I cannot attribute all that to post physiotherapy but also to the weather It is cold here these days and that causes stiffness. I have not taken pain killers and hoping it will subside when the weather changes. If it prolongs then I will be forced to take some pills. Walking is what makes me uncomfortable. I only hope it is just the weather and nothing else.

I also am suffering from a frozen shoulder. Moving around my right arm is really difficult for me, and I have to move slowly to avoid causing pain.

I hope the pain subsides. I take Naproxin every day since my knee injury.

What you are taking must be a pain killer and that is what I want to avoid One doctor - actually a friend - suggested that I take HifenacP that will relieve my pain but I will only take it if the pain is unbearable. So far so good.

The weather does make a difference. Wearing socks should help.
