Chronic Back Pain.

Oh no, I believe that could be a precursor to sciatica, which I have had for some time. All of the above is the cause. Being overweight and sitting for extended periods of time can compress your back, impinge on your nerves, and cause a tingling sensation in your leg. I had multiple physical therapy sessions, which helped to some extent, but the pain kept coming back. Rather than using conventional medicine, I tried alternative medicine, such as a chiropractor, and it stopped and helped me a lot more.

Better than you at least physically anyway.. Your pain could be kidney related as well. Are you drinking enough water?

Rehab should help. Many people get this kind of discomfort. Often it is from the sciatic nerve, and special exercises help a lot.

Maybe you are working too much, take care of your body. You can always leave the house chores and other activities you have in a week, they will not runaway from you, lol! Just rest if you need too. Health is wealth.

Sorry to hear you've been experiencing back pain, that sucks! I thought you were quite physically active, doing your steps etc, so I doubt it has to do with a sedentary lifestyle but who knows. I know unhealthy food choices as too much sugar can cause all sorts of pain but again, are you really eating that bad? Either way, I hope you can find a solution and feel better soon.

I have a disc that slips out of place occasionally and causes me extreme pain, I hope that your doctor can help you. There is nothing worse than back pain or a toothache.

I hope that you can figure out what’s wrong.
