Since the last few days breakfast here is peanut butter and brown bread. Somehow I am not fed up eating it everey day and this will continue for a few more days until a maid turns up Once my resting days are over I may try and prepare something for breakfast which is easy to make - probably broken wheat porridge for which I just have to soak it overnight cook it in water, add jaggery, milk, raisins, ghree and cardamom powder.

I've been having toast and peanut butter for breakfast the last two days. Usually I don't have breakfast at all.

Yours is a different story. I have a full breakfast normally and I am missing it.

Peanut Butter on whole wheat bread (toast) is one of my "go to" breakfasts. Usually I don't eat a big breakfast except on the weekends.

I like peanut butter too although I don't eat it that often. I might just have some now though!

I made egg sandwich a few days ago , it's just scrambled eggs mixed with onions and tomatoes sauteed with chilly powder , salt and pepper . Maybe on 7th I think . Today I look and the remaining bread expired yesterday

That tastes very good though! I’ve been craving for peanut butter lately but I feel like I would overeat if given the chance, so I’m pulling back.

Peanut butter and brown bread every day sounds simple but satisfying! Sometimes, sticking to the basics just works. That broken wheat porridge sounds really good, though—warm, comforting, and packed with flavor. Hope you get some time to relax before you start making breakfast again!
