My daughter did another project. It is a group project; the other day they went to their classmate's house to do this. But their attempt wasn't so good. My daughter remake another batch this afternoon because they have to film it tomorrow. Their project demonstrates the phases of matter. It's called 'tanghulu' where the grapes on sticks are covered by caramelized sugar.

I have to agree. I love grapes and would probably eat the project before it ever got to school

This is super popular in Asian countries, right? I've been seeing YouTube shorts about this snack.

@allknowing they will submit a report of video presentation for the changing phases of mater. From sugar (solid) + water (liquid), put in fire -- evaporation (gas) such a complicated kind of way of showing the change which we already know

Could you choose anything to demonstrate the phases of matter or did the teacher clearly ask for caramelized grapes? Good you only had to submit video proof, so you can eat the tanghulu right away.
