What's for dinner? February 10

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell! Tonight I am making what I was going to make last night--cheesesteak egg rolls in honor of the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl. I'm not much into deep frying but hey I will do it every once or twice a year. For now the steak is in the freezer to firm up so it can be thinly sliced. Dinner will be a bit late but oh well. Hopefully they will be tasty. We shall see.

Baked chicken thighs is what we had. We decided to skip a starch and so we just had green beans on the side.

That sounds better than the dinner I went with. I have some baked chicken left over from the other day and decided to heat that up and make some rice and some chicken gravy. Just mixed together and called it dinner.

I have no idea. I will be working tonight so I will see what is available for employees to eat for free.
