I woke up early this morning in order to prepare one of our native recipes, "biko". It is cooked sticky rice which is again cooked in coconut milk and brown sugar. To prepare the coconut milk and brown sugar, the same are placed in a sauce pan in order to make a heavy syrup. When the syrup is already very thick that's the time the cooked sticky rice is added to it. Then mixed thoroughly and the dish is done.

It just came into my mind. Well, I do it because I'm afraid the coconut might be spoilt. I bought the coconut last night but have not yet extracted its milk. I just placed in the ref.

@rakski really? Maybe next time It's still on experiment. The sticky rice is only 400 grams. It's cooked in visayan way not tagalog. I didn't put toasted curds. Maybe next time cause my sister-in-law will be the one cooking. You'll really like it.
