Just replace the pencil when you want to correct your work
The reason the child is afraid of making a mistake is not because of the pen, but because his parents have been taught not to make mistakes, while the contents of the pen represent a permanent characteristic when written on paper. This gives rise to paranoid delusional feelings when small children are not used to accepting mistakes.
You should teach your kindergarten child how to love small mistakes using the pencil and eraser method, don't make your child feel discouraged when he is blamed, just say so ??
"The life that humans live cannot be like the life of inanimate objects which are always silent and cannot make mistakes. That is the importance of pencils and erasers which live side by side to this day. The purpose of rubber erasers is to correct what we write in the story of this life and we do not know whether it is good or bad on this vast earth unless we hand over the rubber eraser to God so that He will always erase what is wrong in our lives."
At most, the kindergarten child's expression will be like this
