Do anything as long as what you do does not violate religious norms, does not endanger your life or does not endanger the lives of other people Do what is useful, prove that your life has a use in this world Do something if it can improve your quality of life, improve your family's economy Learn to adapt to people who have gone through bitter memories Don't use social media applications for more than 15 minutes every day Use the time to look for useful information for 1 hour per day, whether it's information from articles, books, podcasts, audiobooks Take time to exercise at least 1 hour every day Go to bed before 11 pm and wake up in the morning at 3 or 4 am (avoid staying up late as much as possible)

With teens you can help them my being a good example to them. Teach them from real young what is right and what is wrong. They are listening even if they do not act like they are.

I totally agree. They usually grow up to do what they see their guardians or parents are doing.

These are some solid stuffs! Prioritizing actions, looking at personal growth and focussed life growth can really make a difference. Distractions such as social media needs to be limited and instead focus on valuable knowledge should be given more importance. One advice I would give to any 18-year-old is no matter how talented you are, your other skills such as discipline and focus needs to be best. Because after one stage, talent comes secondary and other skills comes handy. Definitely good guidelines for any youngster to follow. They should set a foundation for a purposeful life!
