Yesterday I didn't feel like having chapati for dinner. So I decided to make the above mentioned chat that would be light for my gut. I mixed some chopped ginger, green chilly, cashews and rains to the hung curd and stuffed the bread, dipped them slurry of gram flour and fried them and prepared the chat. I garnished the chat with, chopped onions, green chutney, tamrind& dates chutney, curd and bhujia( a snacks made from gram flour). I love light snacks sometimes for dinner.

Yes, they are especially good for evening. We can skip dinner after taking them.

@grenery8 Taking the same dinner, chapati & curry is sometimes boring.

That looks delicious! It seems to have a great balance of flavours. You have ginger, green chilli, cashews and raisins in hung curd. So it is a mix of creamy, spicy, crunchy and slightly sweet mix. Chutneys and bhujia on top must make bursting with taste. Sometimes we do need a change. And that signal is given at times by our body. Choosing a light dinner at those times is the best solution. Snack style dinner perhaps is best choice and plus it could be a welcome choice as well. Good to know you like chaats. Enjoy the time!
