Hump day already. This week is going fast..We have about 6 or 7 inches of snow, which about what I thought it would be. It isn't snowing here now, and if we get any more frozen precip probably not going to lead to any more accumulation. Luckily, during the day tomorrow it is going up to about 59 so most will melt, although what is left will freeze solid Thus night. I will untangle the long extension cord today that I plan to use with the snowblower..no need to to go anywhere today though.

@snowy22315 The snow lightly began just as I finished working at 3, so I quickly went to get my hair trimmed, and then I called for a pizza before I left and swung over there to pick it up. By the time that I got home, an hour later, the snow was coming down at a good rate and you could start to see it sticking to the streets, even in the heavy traffic. It was perfect timing as the children were already home from schools and nobody had to leave work to get their kids or worry about them on the bus ride or walk home.

Yeah, but the fall was very overly warm. We should have suspected something like this would come.

We lucked out and only got about an inch of snow.. Remains to be seen, though, what we get later today and tonight, The forecast is still snow and wintry mix. I probably won't venture out until Friday when it looks like a much better day.
Stay warm and hope the snowblower does the trick.

Thanks, not sure how much I will need it because I expect most to melt tomorrow..but there will probably be some to blow. Friday will probably be the day to go out here as well, even though it is going to be coldish I think. We are having see saw temps.

Yeah, not a pleasant day. Tomorrow will be better, but alot of snow in the driveway. I don't need to go anywhere, but I will use the snowblower to make a track to follow for my Friday escape. Can't believe no plow has been by.
