Kingfisher Beer and Fried Egg Plant

I was wondering what to do on a hot day in Sri Lanka where I was on holiday I decided it would be a good idea to have chilled Kingfisher beer along with fried egg plant. The Chef sliced the egg plant into long slices and fried them in olive oil and after they were well fried and crisp he sprinkled hot Indian masala on it, making it a wonderful snack. It went very well with the beer and it was a afternoon well spent.
