Have you ever tried to buy something online, but could not?

I just tried to buy a flannel shirt from LL Bean, but could not. I put it in my "whatever they call it" and searched for the check out bar. There was none. I looked for a phone number to call. There was none. So LL Bean, my favorite place to buy clothes from, has issues with their website, and I cannot buy a shirt I intended to buy. Have you ever had similar experiences? I will attach (if I can find it) a photo of my of my friend and aspiring model (not really), Chanah, dancing in a shirt that is quite similar to the one I intended to buy. I like flannel shirts.

Yes, I have had this experience. Sometimes I would find something nice to give as a gift, but it would be sold out with no restock available.

No, I've never had trouble with online services because I don't like to use them... I'd rather buy in person. If you haven't found it yet, here's the Customer Service number for LL Bean. 1 (800) 441-5713

@TheHorse Go on their Fakebook site and complain about Customer Service hanging up on you. Most businesses will give an apology and take care of your problem.

I rarely buy online but I remember, years ago, wanting to buy something from the Animal Rescue Site but couldn't because they wouldn't ship to Canada.

Yes, one time I was trying to buy a bag of cat food from Petsmart. Their was some kind of problem with Paypal supposedly. It took like two weeks to resolve that. In the meantime I bought it in a physical store.

It's odd. You'd think, with all the talk of AI, etc., that websites could have their act together. Especially when they profit from it.
